So here's the deal I'm 37. What age would a female be considered "mature" . Is it an age thing and by that I mean, if both people male & female are up in age. Or is it where the male is much younger than the female. When I was 25 I dated a woman who was 43 we were together for nine years. Those were some of the best years of my life.

I think you are referring to a woman who is both older than you and who has emotional maturity. A mature woman would know what she wants from a man both sexually and emotionally. But you probably already know that considering that you dated that woman for nine years.
