For many fruits, -mature- means, they are "Ready to Eat" :-p -- The way they look 8-) and the aroma they give off, are often signs that they are ready. ;-) . . . and some special creations, improve with age. . . . I'm thinking, that concept - ALL those words - might apply, here, too. :-}

I agree with you wholeheartedly. Age is only a number, which is important in wine, cheese, whiskey, and some other enjoyable treats, but does not apply to people. I am with you that it is a state of mind. i know of younger people whom I work with and they have a retired state of mind. I dont mean that they are retired in place at a young age, but their outlook on things are so out of step. I am on the threshold of being 70 and I continue to have a state of mind and body of that of a young adult. Thanks for sharing your point of view. Jay
